In the Men's A match there was never more than two or three frames between the teams. The home side took the first leg by the odd frame and the visitors levelled the scores in the second. The visitors then edged ahead by the odd frame in the third and then took the vital grip on the match as they won three of the next four frames, and went on to take the leg 7-4 to win 24-20. Gary Armstrong was in top form for the home side winning his four frames.

The B match saw the home side have an easier passage. They got off to a flying 8-3 first leg win and then took the second 7-4 to look to be on their way to a big win, but the visitors hit back in the third leg with a 7-4 win. This seemed to be a wake up call to the home side and they came back with another 8-3 leg to take the match 27-17. Alex Gaunt and Ben Annison were both unbeaten.

The Ladies were up against the League leaders, and although they went 3-1 up lost the first leg 7-4. This score was repeated in the second and third legs and the home side looked down and out, but showed their fighting spirit in the final leg for an 8-3 win, only to lose the match 24-20.

The Youth match was another very close affair with the visitors edging the first leg 6-5. The home team reversed the score in the second to level. Again with the match swinging to and fro the visitors went one up into the final leg and they secured another 6-5 win to take the match 23-21. Lee Fuller and Aaron Hunter won their four games.
