The Men's A team made a good start, winning the first three games before sharing the rest of the leg for a 7-4 winning leg. Unfortunately they let the opposition back in the second leg losing by the odd game. The home side repeated the score in the third leg to trail by just one into the final leg, and then reversed the score of the first leg to take the match 23-21 - a very disappointing result for Norfolk.

The B team, who were up against the current league leaders, just edged the first leg 6-5. Norfolk pressured the opposition in the second leg to go further ahead with a 7-4 leg win. The match was virtually won in the third leg with a commanding 9-2 leg, and the visitors also won the final leg 6-5 for a comfortable 28-16 victory.

In the Ladies match the home team were one player short. Norfolk had two new players in the team but were still in good form with an 8-3 first leg win. They went one better in the second leg and Norfolk won the last two legs 6-5 for an easy 29-15 win. New girl Kim King was in terrific form winning all four games.

The rookies in the Youth team are still learning and Norfolk made a bad start, winning only one game in the first leg. They improved in the second to win four games and repeated that in the third, which unfortunately meant the match was already lost, but they did not give up and fought back to win the final leg 7-4 to lose the match 28-16.
