The Men's A team were under pressure to record a good result as they still have an excellent chance of qualifying for the National finals. They edged the first leg by the odd frame 6-5 and then improved on that in the second with a 7-4. The home team responded and took the third leg 6-5, but Norfolk hit back winning seven frames in a row for an 8-3 final leg win, to take the match 26-18. They now trail Suffolk by four points and Essex by three, and these two play each other in the final match while Norfolk have a tough away match at Cambridge. Paul Thraxton was unbeaten.

The Men's B, who are already certain to be at the National finals, lost the first two legs 6-5 but stormed the third leg 9-2, and then took the final leg for a 25-19 win. Adrian Wood and Andrew Sheppard each won their four games.

The Ladies team, who barring a disaster are also through to the Nationals, had an easy 30-14 win winning three of the four legs. Dawn Arnett and Karen Halliday were unbeaten.

In the Youth section Norfolk will probably have to settle for runners-up this year, but they still put in a great performance with a 30-14 victory. Tony Rumball, Jay Bullent and Captain Luke Wassell were all unbeaten.
