Norfolk stifle rivals Suffolk
Norfolk entertained neighbours Suffolk at Attleborough Snooker Centre and won all four sections in this local derby.

The Men's A soon found themselves 4-1 down and lost the first leg 6-5, but the home side hit back hard in the second leg losing only two frames to take a 14-8 lead. Again the visitors came back to take the third leg 6-5. They made the home side very nervous by taking five of the next six frames to be just one behind with five frames to go, but Norfolk won three in a row to seal a narrow 23-21 victory, and are now only five points behind in the Regional Table. |

The Men's B team had a much more comfortable match. They took the first leg 8-3, and although the visitors did threaten in the second leg, the home side won it 6-5. The third saw a 7-4 home win and Norfolk dominated the last leg without losing a frame for an easy 32-12 win. Ben Annison and Garry Mehmet were unbeaten. |

The Ladies match was almost as easy. They started with an 8-3 first leg win and followed with a 6-5 second, but the visitors did rally in the third taking it 6-5, only for the home side to repeat the first leg's 8-3 score line for a 27-17 victory and maintain their top of table position. Holly Cann won her four games. |

The Youth team, who had some players missing, lost a close first leg 6-5 but won the second 9-2 to take the lead. The visitors fought back with a 7-4 win in the third, only to see the home team take command again in the final leg with an 8-3 win to take the match 26-18. Michael Lambe and Matthew Large were both unbeaten. |
