In the Men's A section the visitors took the lead with a 7-4 first leg win, but the home side reversed the score in the second leg and then took four of the next five frames to take the lead. They went on to an 8-3 third leg win, and playing with confidence the home side did not allow the visitors back into the game as they took the final leg 7-4 for a good 26-18 victory. Captain Martin Wood was unbeaten.

In the Men's B it was a see-saw match as first one team took the lead, only for the other to respond. The visitors took the first leg 6-5 and the home side took the second by the same score. Norfolk then overran the visitors losing only two frames in the third leg and went on to take the final leg 8-3, for in the end what proved to be a comfortable 28-16 win. John Marshall, Gary Armstrong and David Thraxton all remained unbeaten.

The Ladies, who were just two points ahead of the visitors in the Regional table, were in terrific form and took the first leg 9-2 to show the visitors they did not intend letting them get any closer. They kept up the pressure with two 6-5 legs but the visitors did snatch the final leg by the odd frame. It was, however, too late to prevent a 26-18 home win. Holly Cann, Katie Brown and Dawn Arnett all won 4-0.

The Youth team, who were just two points behind the leaders in the league, were given a shock and lost the first leg 6-5, but they responded by taking the second leg by the same score to level things up. The visitors went ahead again with a 7-4 third leg and completed the win with an 8-3 final leg to take the match 26-18.
