With several players missing from the Men's squad, the Men's A team made a good start to the match winning the first two legs 7-4 and looked to be in for a comfortable victory. The home team hit back in the third leg with an 8-3 win and suddenly the visitors looked very nervous, and the home side took full advantage in the final leg with another 8-3 win to take the match 24-20. Paul Thraxton was in top form for the visitors winning his four frames.

The B team, with several new players getting their first taste of county pool, made a poor start losing the first leg 7-4. They gradually played their way back into the match and took the next two legs 6-5 to trail by the odd frame into the final leg. Keeping up the pressure the visitors managed to take the final leg 7-4 for a 23-21 well earned victory, with John Martin winning all four frames.

The Ladies, who are leading the Regional Table, had a very comfortable match and won all eleven frames in the first leg. The home side threatened to come back into the match in the second leg when they lost by the odd frame, but the visitors won the third 7-4 and the final leg 8-3 for an easy 32-12 win. Frankie Rogers and Holly Cann were both unbeaten.

The Youth match was a top of the table battle and it was the home side that got off to a great start with an 8-3 first leg win. This put them firmly in the driving seat and they took the second leg 6-5. The visitors could not stop them as they recorded another 8-3 win in the third leg, but Norfolk did not give in and fought back to take the final leg 7-4 to go down 26-18. Michael Lambe was undefeated.
