The Men's A team made a good start by taking the first leg by the odd frame 6-5. They increased their lead in the second leg, only dropping two frames to lead 15-7. After that they seemed to lose their way badly as the home side piled on the pressure with an 8-3 third leg win, and they went on to take the final leg by the same score to snatch a 23-21 victory. The visitors could not believe they had thrown away a match they should have won. Paul Thraxton, Danny Raisborough and Carl Clack the only players to come out with any real credit.

In the B match Norfolk won the first two legs 7-4 for a comfortable halfway lead, but again the home side hit back to take the third leg 7-4. However, there were no jitters for the visitors in the final leg this time as they turned in a commanding 9-2 leg to win the match 27-17, with Danny Gibson and Sam Carter both unbeaten.

The Ladies proved a one sided affair with the visitors well in control. After a narrow 6-5 win in the first leg they had 8-3, 10-1 and 8-3 leg wins for an easy 32-12 win. Holly Cann, Becky Jordan, Sarah Maisey and Dawn Arnett were all unbeaten.

The Youth match took a similar path to the Ladies, with Norfolk taking the first two legs 9-2 and followed this with two 8-3 leg wins for an easy 34-10 victory. This all but ensures they will go to the National Finals for the second successive year. Alex Lewis, Daniel Wray, Paul Arnett and Michael Lambe all won their 4 frames.
